superfood breakfast smoothie
My favorite kind of breakfast is super healthy, but also quick and easy to make. Try my superfood breakfast smoothie! It only takes 5 minutes or less to make and it’s just so damn good!
Ingredients
3 stalks of celery
1 large carrot
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. maqui powder
1 tsp. maca powder
Method
Wash the celery and carrot and cut them into approx. 3” pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until very smooth.
Enjoy plain or try it with my sprouted granola and a drizzle of nut butter!
